We are looking for experienced (assistant) sous chefs who excel in their  craft and want to contribute to the Dutch culinary world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes according to the restaurant’s quality standards
  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food saftey regulations and manage inventory

Job requirements:

  • Vocational or higher education in culinary arts, hospitality, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ professional kitchen experience, preferably as a line cook or junior sous chef
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Team player
  • Flexible regarding working hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
  • Good command of the English Language
  • You’ve got a EU citizenship (mandatory to work in the Netherlands)
